Space in Tierra Del Fuego for the 2012 season is almost gone. The few rods left at Nervous Waters two Rio Grande lodges, Kau Tapen and Villa Maria are being offered on a special deal. They are the most comfortable and traditional lodges on the Rio Grande, featuring outstanding accommodations, food, wine, guiding and warm hospitality. They have packaged up all of the arrangements into one all inclusive smoking deal price of $5,950 US per person.

Why: To raise money for Bonefish and Tarpon Trust whose mission is to support research to help understand, nurture, and enhance healthy bonefish, tarpon, and permit populations.
A chrome summer steelhead from the Olympic Peninsula in September was a first for clients fishing with guide Jerry French. It was a special time with quite a few fish around, but the the action was not fast.
